OSMA is a boutique resort, tucked away in green silence, providing guests comfort, calmness, privacy, and peaceful surroundings. A break from everyday stress, a connection with pure nature, authentic architecture and rural landscape. It’s a perfect getaway among olive trees, lavender, figs and breath-taking sunsets behind Učka mountain.
As a family, working closely together, we were inspired by the local landscape, architecture and materials. Above all, we felt unique energetic atmosphere and wanted to share it with guests. Cozy boutique resort OSMA was created.
OSMA resort offers
Renting the whole resort includes a boutique resort with accommodation and renovated old stone barn / Oskar Sunny House, which can be used as accommodation or a place for your activities.
Our boutique resort stands at the top of an old small village Gabonjin and it is brand new built-in 2019 and completed in 2020, offers 13 modern rooms with ensuite bathrooms, 11 double and 2 single rooms altogether.
Oskar Sunny House / Old stone barn is a part of the estate together with a more than 200 years old family house. The rentable house was built in 1930 and slowly renovated by our family with authentic materials from the island. Surrounded by the green and peaceful countryside environment, this old house offers a unique experience of heritage concept.
A circular stone terrace built even before the house, was once a meeting point for locals called “gumno,” where all the important decisions about the village were made. Inspired by local heritage and upgraded with a twist of Provence architecture, the location was always intended for growth, evolvement, and collaboration.
Oskar Sunny House can be rented as a summer house or as part of the rental of the entire resort.
