Sales policy

We thank you for your reservation. Please take note of our sales policy:

  • Check-in time is after 14:00 PM on arrival day
  • Check out time is before 10 AM on departure day
  • To consider the reservation valid, we will send a proforma invoice to the customer’s email and claim a 30% advance payment. The rest of the amount can be paid at check-in or up to 3 days before arrival. The customer can also pay the full amount in advance.

Cancellation policy

Please keep in mind that no fee will be charged when cancellation or modification of the reservation is made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. Please note, however, after that time, in the case of cancellation between 6-3 days before arrival, the Resort OSMA will charge an advance payment (30% of the amount of the accommodation), in the case of cancellation between 2-1 days before arrival, the Resort OSMA will charge 50% of the amount of the accommodation, in the case of cancellation 0 days or case of no-show, the Resort OSMA will charge 100% of the total price of the accommodation.
